By accessing or using the platform, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, regardless of whether you are a registered user of the website. By purchasing from Moonblink, the buyer has agreed to abide by the terms and conditions listed. Moonblink reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notification.
By purchasing from Moonblink, you agree to receive marketing communications from us on our promotions & launches. We recognise the individual rights to protect your personal data, including the rights of access and correction, and the needs of the company to collect, use or disclose personal data for only legitimate and reasonable purposes.
Moonblink reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders in our sole and absolute discretion.
Moonblink try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our product description. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible. Moonblink strives to provide an accurate size chart. However, due to factors such as material characteristics, customer preferences, or other variables, the size chart may not be completely accurate. Moonblink is not responsible for any sizing discrepancies. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Minor variations in measurement (within 1 inch) are not considered a defect. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate. If you believe you have received a defective item, email us with your order number, and a photograph of the defect. All defective items are to reach us within 30 calendar days from order date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. After inspection, gift card or a refund will be issued. Where gift card is issued, such store credits will expire after 2 years.
Singapore Delivery: Moonblink offers free delivery for all orders. Orders are typically delivered within 7 days. If you are experiencing an unusually long delivery time (more than 15 days), please reach out to us via email.
Singapore Return: Moonblink strives to provide a great and effortless shopping experience, including returns within 7 days. Return requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Returns will incur a flat $5 fee.
To raise a return request, you need to have a customer account. Please login to your customer account and, from the customer account navigation menu, click on the 'Return Request Link.'
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Moonblink's discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience for our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 7 days. Merchandise must be in its original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with the original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards). Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned. One return per order. Multiple return requests for a single order are prohibited.
Discounts are not applicable to the purchase of gift cards.
Moonblink reserves the right to nullify any discounts if discount codes are discovered to have been misused.
