Return Policy
Singapore Return: Moonblink strives to provide a great and effortless shopping experience, including returns within 7 days. Return requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Returns will incur a $5 flat fee. In the event that customer send back their own return package (after confirming with Moonblink), $5 will not be charged.

RETURN POLICY

New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 7 days.

Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

One return per order. Multiple return requests for a single order is prohibited.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Moonblink's discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns.
